Every day, around 2:00 p.m., the performers of CARE gather around the Vagabondo mattress to cut out some of the drawings left by visitors and join pieces of cotton that form a long ribbon. The knots of the ribbon mark the global time of the installation, like a primitive calendar: the thread starts from the Coperta Immobile, a sculpture of cotton and starch, and slowly descends the steps of the altar of San Severo al Pendino over 15 days.
